This December 6-7th, Toronto will be home to the inaugural International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Show! Hosted at the Enercare Center, the show brings together over 100 exhibitors, live demos, workshops and seminars from some of the industry’s leading experts in unmanned aerial vehicles.
UAVs, aka drones, are aircraft without pilots. Ranging from remote-controlled pocket drones to military-grade autopilots, UAVs are poised to impact the world in a big way. This event will give attendees insight into the future of unmanned aerial vehicles and shed light on the opportunity for drone use in commercial space and beyond.
I am thrilled to be giving away two tickets to the International UAV show to one of my Toronto-based readers! To enter, tweet a link to this post using the hashtags #IntlUAVshow and tagging @iUAV_Show and @theTrendyTechie! For example:
“I’m entering to win 2 tickets to @iUAV_Show in #Toronto from @theTrendyTechie! #IntlUAVshow https://trendytechie.ca/2016/11/23/iuav-show “
The winner will be drawn randomly and announced on December 3rd, 2016. Entrants can tweet more than once, but only one tweet per day will count, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries.
In addition to the showcase, the International UAV Show will highlight upcoming talent through a two-day hackathon for university students. Attendees are invited to network with the hackers to facilitate introduction between industry and the bright young developers.
